If you purchase from getmybattery.com and the item fails to meet your expectations for any reason, you may return your item and receive a refund within 30 days of your purchase. Please contact us by email or phone and we’ll let you know how to proceed. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Unopened Merchandise and Opened, As-New Merchandise
Any merchandise with the original packaging is unopened may be returned to getmybattery.com within 30 days. Return shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the customer. The purchase price, excluding original and return shipping charges will be refunded. Some returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee if they are a special-order item.
These products must be in as-new condition, including the original box and all other original packaging, manuals and accessories. Fees imposed to us by our supplier to replace the packaging, hardware or printed materials will be deducted from the refund amount. Return shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Any product purchased from getmybattery.com that is determined defective must be returned to getmybattery.com or the manufacturer within the specified warranty period and terms. Product warranty begins on the date of purchase. Getmybattery.com is not responsible for return shipping charges past the first 30 days.
No advance warranties. Batteries that are received in a discharge state will need to be charged before we can properly test and evaluate. The products that are found to be defective from original workmanship will be replaced or credited, at customer request. Products found to be non-defective, will be returned at a customer’s expense.
Merchandise that has been Modified
Any modifications done at any merchandise voids the warranty.
Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
Shipments Damaged in Transit
Any item damaged in transit must be reported to getmybattery.com within 10 business days of delivery. All original packaging must be held with damaged item.
How to Return Merchandise

Please pack the products to be returned tightly with adequate protection. Also, ensure that you get a tracking number from the shipper, so you can monitor you package in transit, getmybattery.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in shipping back to us. Getmybattery.com is not responsible for return shipping charges.
After getmybattery.com receives your battery we will start by ensuring the battery is full. This process can take up to 2 business days to complete, but in some situations that time could be extended. For example, a large capacity battery that has been returned in a deep discharged state. These batteries are supervised during the recharge process to ensure that it is safely and properly charged.
After the battery is recharged, it will sit for 24 hours before we begin to load test it to factory specifications. This will help us see if the battery can hold a charge prior to the test process.
At this point, if the battery is testing bad or fails to accept a charge, then the battery is refunded, replaced or warrantied depending on the situation. If the battery tests good, it will be shipped back, at the customers expense, fully charged with a copy of the test results.
